Patrick did good work over the years both here in the UK and in Central Europe. During his career he has contributed to the rapid building of a strong property portfolio, and left his legacy at Tesco.

Trilogy was formed in 2009. The intension is to bring together a team of Planners, Designers, Engineers and Ecologists to develop sustainable regeneration projects on brownfield sites throughout the UK.

Over the past 28 years in Property Development I have been involved in major projects in the UK, France and Central Europe.

I first started in development in the late 1980’s as Shearwater in joint venture with Associated British Ports where we redeveloped their derelict Ferry Terminal site, which is now Ocean Village in Southampton.

I then moved to Tesco in 1990 and after a few years in Property Acquisition in the UK I was appointed International Property Director responsible for acquisitions construction of developments throughout Europe.

In 2001 I returned to the UK as Regional Property Acquisitions Director for the South of England and Wales and personally acquired and delivered a number of mixed-use developments throughout London and the South-East of England.

Trilogy unconditionally acquired the former Foundry site, Leamington Spa from Ford in 2009, located on the Gateway to the town. Planning permission was approved in 2011 and the first phase, including a Morrisons foodstore will be completed in early 2013.

Trilogy are also responsible for new development schemes in Cinderford, Dorking and Gateshead.

We look forward to delivering future regeneration throughout the UK in the next few years.

Trilogy has shown the willingness and flexibility needed to meet the local needs along with a real desire to help in Cinderford’s regeneration.

We worked with Patrick when he was with Tesco and found him a really valuable associate. His understanding of property and the requirements of sustainability were very evident and we found him an admirable person with whom to work.
