  • Ocean Village

    This mixed-use development is a 45 acre site which combines a 450-berth marina with homes, offices and leisure facilities. The residential development, Admiral’s Quay, has over 1,500 luxury apartments and leisure facilities.

  • Letnany

    The largest shopping centre in the Czech Republic. Letnany’s shops now exceed 1.3m sqft and include famous brands such as H&M, Marks & Spencer, Next, Mothercare together with the original hypermarket.

  • Highams Park

    The development provide 260 homes, 100 of which are affordable, a foodstore, 21,000 sqft of community space, 28,000 sqft of office space, independent shops and additional business starter units, as well as high-tech workshops.

  • Digby

    Former Digby Hospital, a Grade II listed building and the surrounding grounds was acquired for the refurbishment of the listed building into new homes and the development of Digby Village on the surrounding 30 acres.

    Budaors Retail Centre was one of the most ambitious retail-led regeneration schemes to be developed by my team at Tesco in Hungary in the early 1990’s, with over 500,000 sqft of retail and a new motorway bridge linking the site to the city centre.
