Trilogy Developments secured this large stand-alone unit from receivers on behalf of a retail investor in 2010 with open A1 retail planning permission.  The building is temporarily occupied by a wholesale furniture warehouse and planning approval is currently sought to alter the existing building and car parking to accommodate a new permanent tenant in 2013.

Our proposals will:

Give greater shopping choice for local people by providing a well-located supermarket to Gateshead and Blaydon.

Regenerate and improve an attractive building.

Create over 400 jobs for local people in these difficult economic times

Provide additional parking facilities.
